Paint & Finishers
We use professional-grade leather paints and protective finishers designed specifically for sneaker customization. These paints bond securely to leather and are sealed with a finisher to maximize durability and resistance to everyday wear.
Creasing & Paint Cracks
New sneakers have smooth leather with no creases. Once worn, natural creases form, particularly around the toe box, which may cause minor paint cracking over time. We minimize this by avoiding heavy paint application on crease-prone panels unless requested in the design.
Waterproof & Longevity
Our paint and finishers are waterproof, meaning they can handle rain and light splashes. With proper care, the paint can last as long as the sneakers themselves. However, deep scratches or scuffs may damage the paint layer, as it sits on top of the leather and is not the original color.
Care & Maintenance
To keep your customs looking their best, avoid rough use, excessive bending, or scraping against abrasive surfaces. Clean gently with a soft damp cloth — harsh cleaners or scrubbing can damage the finish.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 weeks due to the custom nature of each design.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted couriers like Royal Mail, DHL, or UPS. Carrier choice may vary based on destination.
Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Delivery Estimates
UK: 1–3 business days after dispatch
International: 5–14 business days after dispatch
Sneaker Boxes
Sneaker boxes won’t always come brand new — sometimes they may arrive with frayed corners or slight damage. This is how they are received from retailers like Nike and JD Sports, and is outside our control.
We always try to source the best quality sneakers and boxes available, but box condition is not guaranteed.
Liability
KT05 accepts no liability for courier mishandling, lost shipments, or external damage after dispatch.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun. Refunds are only provided if the wrong product is sent.
We are not liable for paint cracking or creasing caused by normal wear and tear.
Consultation Policy: If a client misses two consultation meetings, KT05 reserves the right to keep the deposit. In this case, no refund will be issued.
Stock Availability & Sourcing
We source base pairs from trusted retailers (e.g., Nike, JD Sports, Foot Locker). Some models — especially the Air Jordan 1 “all white” in certain sizes — can be very limited or unavailable online and in-store at the same time. If we are unable to source your exact size/model at the stated retail price after reasonable efforts, we will contact you to discuss alternatives (such as a different base sneaker, a size exchange if possible, or a refund).
If no suitable alternative is agreed, we will issue a full refund for the order. We do not purchase from unverified sources or charge resale markups without your explicit approval.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal data is only used to process your order and will never be sold or shared. All payment information is handled securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
